Fast Tracked II

This second post (there will be a few 'fast tracked' posts to catch up) shows pictures (JPEG) also taken with my Canon PowerShot SX10 and altered in PhotoScape. I was having fun playing around with PhotoScape, trying all different filters and tools to understand what each were and just simply to try to be more 'creative'.

The 'tap' is a shot of my kitchen tap and was altered with the 'Pictorialisation' and 'Watecolor pencil' (I think), with of course a reflection effect.

The Tree Vignes was taken along the Brisbane River and I used 'region out of focus' filter in PhotoScape to create the black and white contrast with the coloured centre (You can choose different 'effect' within the 'Out of focus' tool).

Brisbane City with its CityCat used the same process as the Tree Vignes one.

The 'Water feature' is located in South Bank, Brisbane. I can not remember exactly what I did so won't bother trying to explain. But I do remember saturating the colours before using a filter in PhotoScape.

So here you go, these are a few more shots taken a year ago. More will come of course, but let's spread them through time.
